Each project is unique – and therefore requires a unique process
The establishment and introduction of new products, services and locations in geographically new markets requires the highest degree of process-oriented project management. In the course of this implementation we take over the central control of project and/or the role of the rollout manager on site.
In many cases, together with our customers, we first establish a standard model that is of fundamental importance for the planned rollout process. In this model we articulate individual rollout process steps, both on the strategy and on the detail level. Using state-of-the-art project management tools for planning, control and reporting, we keep our customers up to date on the progress of their projects.
- Project appraisal – Review of the projects for feasibility and standardisation in compliance with the specified objectives.
- Rollout planning – budget, schedules, resources, material, team composition.
- Project management – control, monitoring and successful completion of measures
