In many cases, an expansion strategy includes the task of establishing new national and international locations, whether for sales, production or as office space. In the course of this implementation we take over the central control of the rollouts as well as the role of the rollout manager on site.
A site selection and analysis adapted to the requirements is therefore just as indispensable as planning and implementation adapted to local guidelines. Our internal team of planners and engineers, in cooperation with an external network of specialists from the real estate industry, can refer to many years of experience in the realisation of branches or subsidiaries in the European area.
In many cases, we first establish a standard model together with our clients, which is of fundamental importance for the planned rollout process. In this model, we define individual process steps, both at the strategic and the detailed level.
